Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to EngLeash Academy! We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our courses and services.

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Regular/Online Courses

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, please contact us at engleashacademy@gmail.com at least 7 days before the course start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

1.2. One-on-One Training Sessions

To cancel or reschedule a one-on-one training session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee (33% of the fee).

1.3. Self-Paced Courses and Other Services

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a self-paced course or any other service, please contact us before you are given the access to the course or the service. Cancellations made after the access are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy
2.1. Regular/Online Courses

Refunds for regular/online courses may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the course is canceled by EngLeash Academy, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If you cancel your enrollment within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
2.2. One-on-One Training Sessions

Refunds for one-on-one training sessions may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel or reschedule the session within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • If the session is canceled by EngLeash Academy, you will be entitled to a full refund.
2.3. Self-Paced Courses and Other Services
  • If access for the self-paced course or any other service is not given by EngLeash Academy, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If you cancel your enrollment before the access is given, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may be non-refundable, and this will be clearly communicated to you at the time of enrollment or booking.

4. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us at engleashacademy@gmail.com with your name, course or session details, and the reason for your refund request. Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days.

5. Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy

EngLeash Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
